We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Benjamin Brown to General Manager of Naples Transportation & Tours.
Ben’s 19-year journey with NT&T is a testament to his dedication, growth, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Ben’s first job at NT&T was in vehicle detailing. Through that experience, he developed a deep appreciation for the behind-the-scenes efforts that ensure exceptional service. From there, he transitioned into dispatch, mastering the logistics that keep the N&T fleet running smoothly. His passion for efficiency and customer service propelled him into corporate group operations and then corporate sales, where he built lasting relationships and helped shape our service offerings. Most recently, as Director of Sales & Operations, Ben played a key role in elevating NT&T standards and expanding its reach.
Ben is passionate about continuous improvement—whether refining processes, enhancing customer experiences, or making strategic decisions that drive long-term success. He believes that growth is a team effort and is dedicated to working closely with his colleagues to foster collaboration and collective learning. By sharing knowledge and learning from each other, Ben ensures that every team member has the opportunity to thrive, strengthening the company as a whole.
